RULES
Rules for booking and using the gazebo:
- When renting a gazebo, you must purchase tickets to the park. In this case, we apply a family ticket discount to all tickets (weekdays – 15 Eur. per person/weekends and holidays – 17 Eur. per person).
- Gazebo rental price 1 hour – 15 Eur. Minimum gazebo rental duration – 3 hours;
- The fee for renting a gazebo is paid in advance;
- If your plans change, the fee paid is not refundable. You can use this amount within 30 calendar days from the planned date of the celebration to rent a gazebo or purchase park tickets;
- If you want to change the date and time of the celebration, you can do this no less than seven days before the date reserved for the celebration.
- When renting a gazebo for your celebration, you undertake to purchase snacks from the Grand Terrace. The minimum snack order amount is 90 Eur;
- Since we do not have the ability to ensure the storage of cakes in the refrigerator in the gazebos, it is prohibited to bring your own cake to the celebrations organized in the gazebos. You can order it in advance on the park’s forest terrace.
- In the event of unforeseen natural circumstances (storm, squall, strong wind), the park is closed. You can use the paid fee for the gazebo rental within 30 calendar days by moving the celebration to another date or purchasing tickets to the park;
- Please leave the gazebo neat and clean as you found it;
- It is forbidden to break, damage or use the furniture in the gazebo for purposes other than its intended purpose;
- It is forbidden to play music in the gazebos, as it interferes with enjoying the music of nature – the chirping of birds and the rustling of trees. If you cannot do without music, then we kindly ask you to use headphones;
- It is forbidden to consume alcoholic beverages or other psychotropic substances in the gazebos;
- It is forbidden to smoke in the gazebos. This ban also includes electronic cigarettes;
- If we observe individuals behaving inappropriately, we will be forced to ask them to leave the park without refunding the money for the gazebo rental and tickets;
- It is prohibited to make malicious noise in the gazebos or otherwise disturb the peace of visitors resting in the park;
- It is prohibited to build bonfires or use other sources of fire near the gazebos.
