PURCHASE RULES

1. RULES FOR TICKETS AND PURCHASE AND PAYMENT FOR THEM

1.1. The ticket can be purchased online or at the Park ticket office.

1.2. The ticket is single-use

1.3. Payment can be made in cash, by bank card and by electronic payment systems

1.4. The price and validity of the tickets are indicated on the Park website and at the Park ticket office

1.5. By purchasing a ticket online or at the Park ticket office, the Buyer confirms that he has read the terms of use of tickets and the rules of visiting the Park and undertakes to comply with them.

1.6. By purchasing a ticket online, the Buyer must:
1.6.1. Fill in the fields marked with an asterisk in the Buyer’s information window,
1.6.2. Make payment for the ticket using the payment instructions provided in the Opay system.

2. DELIVERY OF TICKETS

2.1. Tickets purchased by the Buyer online are sent to the email address specified in the Buyer’s information form.

3. REFUND OF MONEY FOR PURCHASED TICKETS, VALIDITY PERIOD OF TICKETS

3.1. Tickets purchased online and at the Park ticket office are non-refundable. The ticket is valid for thirty calendar days, but no longer than until the end of the current year’s season.

3.2. Purchased Tickets can only be used on working days of Šakalinis Park and during the specified working hours of the Park.

3.3. Money for used tickets is not refundable.

3.4. The validity of the Park Ticket can be extended for an additional fee of 5 Eur. (for each Ticket).

3.5. A request for ticket extension can only be submitted by the person who made the payment for the Tickets.

3.6. If the Buyer does not use the Ticket within the specified 30 calendar day period, the money for the unused Ticket will not be refunded.

3.7. The Park Ticket(s) cannot be exchanged for cash.

3.8. The Ticket(s) must be used once.

3.9. In order to use the Ticket, the Ticket Holder must present a valid Ticket at the Šakalinio Park ticket office. The Ticket must show the Ticket number and the validity period of the Ticket.

4. CONFIRMATION OF THE RULES

4.1. By purchasing a Ticket on the website www.sakalinioparkas.lt and checking “I have read the rules”, the Buyer declares that he/she has understood the terms and conditions set out in the rules and agrees with them. If you do not confirm that you agree with the rules, you will not be able to place an order.

4.2. The Buyer must correctly indicate his/her data in the order fields provided to him/her. Parkas is not responsible for incorrectly provided Buyer data.
