PARK VISITING RULES

General provisions:

  1. By purchasing a ticket and entering the Park, the visitor confirms that he/she has carefully read the internal rules of the Park and undertakes to comply with them.
  2. Park tickets is disposable.
  3. Behind person under 18 years old or disability having visitor safety and park rules adherence responsible legal adult representative (parents, guardians) etc.). This representative completely answers for accompaniment person under 18 years old age or a person who has disability, including but not limited to answers for accompanying person whether accompanied per person done property and non-wealthy damage, accompanying person health and security.

  10. Please wear appropriate clothing and footwear when entering the park. The park is located in a forest, so each visitor must wear clothing and footwear that is suitable for spending time in nature. We remind you that coniferous trees secrete resin, so do not wear clothes that you are afraid of getting dirty or otherwise damaged. We recommend that all park visitors wear closed-toe shoes. The park administration is not responsible for any soiling or other damage to park visitors’ clothing and footwear.
  11. We recommend that children have spare clothes in case they get wet while playing in the water play area or elsewhere in the park.
  12. It is prohibited to enter the park and use its attractions while dressed inappropriately (for example, wearing underwear or no clothes).
  13. It is prohibited to wear swimwear, spread out blankets, sunbathe, or swim in the park.
  14. It is prohibited to have objects in your pockets that may fall out or sharp objects that may injure their owner or other visitors to the Park while having fun.
  15. It is forbidden to shout, push, or mislead staff by calling for help without reason in the park.
  16. The park is located in a forest, so it is natural that there are insects here. When going to the park, please take care of insect repellents in advance. If necessary, you can purchase these products at the park ticket office.
  17. The park administration is not responsible for insect bites, stings and all related consequences (swelling, itching, possible allergic reactions, tick-borne diseases), as the park is located in nature, where natural flora and fauna thrive. If you are allergic to insect bites, please consider this before arriving at the park and take care of anti-allergy medications in advance.
  18. Park rules and security instructions valid for everyone for visitors, staff and for third parties for persons providing services park in the territory.

  36. Bicycles, scooters, skateboards and rollerblades are strictly prohibited in the park.
  37. Pets are not allowed in the park. Wild animals are kept in the park, so visitors with pets will not be allowed into the park.
  38. Respect yourself, those around you, and the nature around you. We will be forced to ask anyone behaving suspiciously or aggressively to leave the Park without refunding the money paid for the tickets.
  39. It is prohibited to visit the Park while under the influence of alcohol, narcotics or psychotropic substances. Park staff has the right to request a person to undergo a blood alcohol test (maximum permitted level – 0.4 per mille) and ask an intoxicated visitor to leave the Park without compensating for the entrance ticket price.
  40. Intoxicated and disorderly persons are not allowed into the park.
  41. For people who are sick heart diseases, experienced bone / spine fractures, head injuries whether for those who have other, with human physical and mental health related ailments, prohibited to use entertainment, which could negatively to influence whether worsen health condition.
  42. Visitor, choosing entertainment, must consider your physical capacity and available skills.
  43. A visitor, while having fun in the Park, is completely responsible for own health and life and answers for the fact that chosen landing speed, movements amplitude, body situation would correspond Visitor physical preparation and would not cause damage to him and other Park visitors health.

  55. Please do not tease, scare or chase animals.
  56. Animals are only allowed to be fed with special food, which you can purchase at the ticket office or another designated place.
  57. Alcoholic beverages are not allowed into the park.
  58. The park administration is not responsible for failure to comply with all of the above rules.
  59. The park administration is not responsible for your safety if you do not follow all of the above rules.
  60. If any questions arise, the Visitor must contact a Park employee and ask for all necessary information.
  61. The visitor must comply with the verbal requests and requirements of the park staff and rangers.
  62. If the Visitor does not comply with the park rules, the park employees have the right to prohibit such a visitor from visiting the Park for a limited or indefinite period, and also to terminate the Agreement.
  63. Visitors wearing any type of glasses (including sunglasses) are recommended to use the Park’s attractions only after additionally securing the glasses with laces to prevent them from being broken or lost.
  64. The park reserves the right to close if unforeseen circumstances and natural conditions arise that may jeopardize the safety of park visitors and park staff.
  65. The park does not operate in strong winds.

Park responsibility:

  1. The Park is responsible for providing safe and quality services in the Park.
  2. The Park does not assume responsibility for accidents, their consequences and losses and does not investigate Visitor claims if the Visitor violates the Park’s rules or legal provisions.
  3. The Park is not responsible for any items of the Visitor lost or left unattended in the Park territory.

Park staff has the right to:

  1. A Visitor who does not agree to abide by the Park Rules will not be admitted to the Park.
  2. To prevent a Visitor who does not comply with the safety rules of the Park or attraction from visiting the Park and using the attractions therein.
  3. To ask a Visitor who does not follow the Park rules and behaves unsafely to leave the Park territory. In such a case, the Visitor’s ticket money will not be refunded.
  4. Change the list of attractions and/or services and prices in the Park at any time without prior notice.

Visitor’s responsibility:

  1. The visitor is responsible for any damage or loss caused to the Park and/or third parties, their property or health due to their actions or inaction. For damage caused by minors or disabled persons, their parents or guardians are responsible.
  2. A Visitor who has suffered material and/or non-material damage in the Park territory during an accident must immediately (on the same day) notify the Park staff of the incident, indicating in writing the place, time and exact circumstances of the incident. If the Visitor does not comply with this condition, later complaints submitted to the Park will not be accepted and will not be considered.
  3. Parents, guardians or accompanying adults of minors and persons with disabilities are responsible for familiarizing minors and persons with disabilities with the Park rules and for complying with these rules.

Visitor rights:

  1. Use the services included in the ticket price only after paying the fee for visiting the Park or acquiring the right to use the services provided by the Park in other ways established by the Park.

FINAL PROVISIONS:

  1. Entertainment may not be organized/cancelled due to adverse weather conditions and other unforeseen natural circumstances.
  2. By purchasing a ticket and using the services provided by the Park, the Visitor agrees and voluntarily assumes full responsibility for his/her own safety and health and that of the persons under his/her care. The Visitor confirms that he/she is aware that improper use of the services may harm not only his/her own health and safety and that of the persons under his/her care, but also other visitors to the Park. Compliance with the Park rules and safety instructions on the Park territory is strictly mandatory.
  3. Park personnel or third parties engaged by the Park have the right to photograph, film or otherwise record visitors in the Park territory. All rights related to the recording belong to the Park. The Park has the right to use the recorded material free of charge for marketing or other lawful purposes. By purchasing tickets, Visitors confirm that they have read and agree to all Park rules.
  4. The Park has the right to process the Visitor’s personal data, indicated in the list of persons who have familiarized themselves with the park’s rules and approved them.
